I realized that after I changed out my album here ...You can right click on the properties of the pic for the sizes ....Say ....your pic is 70BK - That's pretty big - you actually want it around 30-40 KB's ....at least that's what I've been doing -
It's stange - I can have 2 pics exactly the same file dimensions - yet one can be bigger KB's
This is the easiest program on the net to resise your pics....You just click ONE SIZE and it resizes it for you...it's a small download and super super easy to use - Scroll down and look for PixResizer -
