yes take the poor little one to the vet but my vet also told me that heart wrom preventative has worm medication in it if it is heart gard plus but that they can still get worms at times, so they will give u worm med for him and what dose to give... they will prob suggest worming the others also since worms are very contagious and when one has the rest prob do or will get... gl and keep us posted hun
