I read somewhere (I don't remeber where) that they'll tear more when they're teething. Cash tears a lot to begin with but now that he's teething, the hair around his eyes are constantly soaked so the vet said it was fine as long as I try to keep it as dry as possible or he may develop dermatitis in that area.
