My niece bought one of Gracie's pups. She (pup) is 13-14 weeks old. She has a BAD case of submissive urination. I mean almost every time someone comes in & gives her any attention, she wets on the floor, or worse yet, if she is picked up quickly, she wets on whomever picks her up. Eeeek! What causes this & what can they do to rectify the problem?
