Yes-Emma wears PJ's every night! We have a couple of the 4 legged kind, but she can sometimes get herself out of those, the little houdini!
She also wears baby onesies as PJ's-we just make sure to unsnap the bottoms when she wakes up so she doesn't pee on them
(I bought these for her when she got spayed to keep her from chewing her stitches, and she loved them on so much that we keep dressing her in them!)
