OMG !!!! OMG that is AWFUL ! I would HURT THAT AWFUL MAN - I wouldn't care if they threw me in jail ...I think I'd have gone after him with a bat !

Oh that is one of the worst dog attack I've ever heard cause it was on purpose ! man...What on earth would make someone do that - it's scary knowing there are probably more disgusting people out there just like him. I think the guy needs to be taught a lesson - jail or something - and I can SURE think of something.... but better not say....
