I know it's Thanksgiving, so that would mean the ER vet. I wouldn't trust your neighbor's word on giving the shots herself, since she can't even tell you WHAT she administered
Most folks that are knowledgeable enough to give their animals shots should know what they were.
I'd be afraid that he had Parvo or something. Not meaning to frighten you, I know you're already worried. I'd keep the pets seperated until you do know what's going on.
