I'm originally from Washington Township, NJ which is not too far from Burlington. I live in PA now though so I'm afraid I don't personally know of any recommendations. I did do a google search and found a mobile pet groomer in that area:

I've taken my mom's cats to the Animal Welfare Association in Voorhees, NJ for their spays and they were great. I'm sure if you gave them a call (856-424-2288) they could hook you up with a good vet.
