I wanted to update you all on this circumstance.
This breeder contacted me and I spoke to the AKC and her kennel name is cleared.
I can get the registration papers on these girls now

I was very upset over the situation and it took a long time to resolve. But she was good to her word and she made it right.
And I would like to thank her for that and give credit were credit is due.
