Killer Ham Sauce
¼ C toasted mustard seed. (Dry toast until they turn grayish)
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2-tablespoon ground ginger
¾ C Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons light-brown sugar
2 tablespoons dark-brown sugar
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
3 tablespoons unsulfured molasses
1 can pineapple JUICE only, then use ½ can of the actual pineapple
A few tablespoons of ham juice
Mix everything together in food processor or blender; simmer in small pan until hot.
I love this ham sauce, and my guests went crazy over it......
