We are not talking pennies or free with Gia. She cost him $500. so why would he want another one from you instead of a refund? Like you said, you as the owner of Gia would like to know what it is she died from so that you can take the necessary precautions to make sure that it doesn't spread to the other pups. (although, you know Gia was a healthy pup)

I think as a Yorkie Community that we are here. Someone that maybe lives in the Bay City area can help you out too. With visiting the house (outside) of course to see if Gia is still alive if it is too far for you. Hopefully it would make you feel a little at ease. Not the fact that she is living with someone who tried to get over on you more than once but, to know that she hasn't departed in a way that her mommy has no idea of how.
