I need your help ladies and gents.

This is my 3 Thanksgiving as a married woman and being on the other side of my family. I am hispanic and usually have other traditional meals for the holidays (so lack the experience). Anyhow, the past 2 years I have made a turkey for Thanksgiving. This year, I'd LOVE to attempt a ham.

Today, I bought a nice butt ham and the problem is...........I have no idea how to season it! PLEASE, share your recipes. I will be making the traditional mashes potatoes, green bean casserole, pumpkin pie etc to go along with it. I am seeking delicious and simple ways of giving my butt (no pun intended) a good taste
