I took line dance classes a few years back. I loved it! Great fun, good exercise, and a bunch of nice people -- then my lower back started acting up and I haven't been able to do it since. I would love to find a 50+ class -- maybe they would go a little easier on my ol' achey breaky back!
It will have to wait a little though -- getting foot surgery next Tuesday. I must be wearing out -- Getting old can be a pain but it still beats the alternative!
