My yorkie is about 4 months old and I have just started to put a leash on him when I take him outside but he seems to not like it. He will just sit there and not walk or try and fight me by pulling back a little. Anyone have any suggestions? Also, I have noticed that many of you put a harness on your yorkie. What is their purpose and why do you use them?
