I use fresh not canned My kids love my sweet potatoes...
I use the real ones, boil in the skin just till the skin is soft, it peels
very easy once cooled then slice about an inch thick top with butter,
cinnamon, brown sugar and bake in a corningware pan for about 30
minutes then top with pecans, marshmallows and maple syrup. YUM!!
Some like a little orange juice for a citrus flavor.
