It's a bus driver's worse nightmare too. I know I take as many precautions as possible. As far as the seat belts....I just don't know, kids hanging, blood supply cut off, you really just don't know which is the right thing. How do you choose (if they are in seat belts) who to cut loose first. What if the last one expires, what if you started at the other end and the last one you get to expires. It's a horrible situation to be in. I'm thankful that most bus accidents do not result in death. But my heart goes out to those families who lost their child.
