Try Barb Ross...SOSDOGS Rescue in Cherry Hill NJ....she is a recognized Yorkie rehoming rescue and no dogs are put down...she keeps them until a proper home can be found...I used to ask her help in placing rescues that were given to me if I had trouble finding a home.
