Even though it doesnt matter anymore since he passed, you are correct. I went to the office today and TWO vets and the vet tech all 3 said not to give him that. I told them others were suggesting it here and they told me to stop reading...
I did however order the BeneBac and paid to have it overnighted from Revival Animal.com but no need for it.
