Last year I took Ruby to the Vet and was told her knees weren't good nad as she got older could get worse but some yorkies can manage. She went for her second yearly check up again on for the knees and the doctor said they were worse.
The VET is telling me she'll need surgery. It could cost anywhere from $2000 to $4000. I also purchased her through a breeder. Does anyone no the laws if they are liable for some of the cost if it was genetic?
Please help, I don't want to put my dog through surgery if she doesn't need it and pay a million dollars either.
