I have looked on PuppyFinding Service websites and wondered where these puppies are coming from, how were they raised, and what socialization the pups have had. I went to the Pet Stores and say the extremely high prices on poorly-bred puppy-mill puppies, and thought I need to find a way to get quality puppies to the customer without loosing the personal touch of customer service.
