Here you go - and that PSP 7 program is no longer a free download - but you can try GIMP which is by google
and try this for your photos
open your pic
zoom in on it
click the EYEDROPPER TOOL to match the eye color
click the paintbrush or Brush tool and fill in the red flash eye part
click the blender/blur tool - to blend if needed
click the Brush tool again and to to the smallest size - add a WHite DOT in the center of each eye ....it takes away the STEPFORD DOG look -
and you have now recreated the eyes |
