Sissy gets yogurt for breakfast. I use the Dannon Activia, vanilla flavor. She gets 1/4 of the container. Sometimes she also gets some fruit (banana, mango or papaya) and when I have my oatmeal, she usually gets some of that, too (a couple hours later than her yogurt and I use the old fashioned oatmeal).
