Just wanted to update on the pet store story..

I called MSPCA this morning...I spoke with a very nice woman and told her everything that I had witnessed...I also told her that this person had previously owned a pet store under a different name that had been shut down....I had heard this woman has had many other complaints about her shop so hopefully this will be "the straw that will break the camels back"! I'll let you all know when and if I find out anything.
