Hello All Knowing Yorkie Lovers,
I recently purchased my dear Melot, as my first adult pet, from a store and didn't know what to look for besides breed and registry
Now I have tried to get insurance for my dog and they have excluded
1241 enteritis 1005 internal parasites due to his medicaiton profile....
On his papers from the store it says

Prior to arrival at our facility and in addition to the below vaccination records our breeders have met our requirements for vaccination protocol and deworming which inlude vaccinations for parvo, distemper/mealses, adenovirus (2), and parainfluenza @ 6 weeks of age, tracheobronchitis@ 4 weeks of age and (2) dewormings @ 4&6 weeks of age. Unless otherwise noted all listed medications are given for preventative purposes only.

It then lists medication....
My question is--are the illnesses as listed @ 4& 6 weeks of age what he actually had or received treatment to prevent?
Did he have worms, kennel cough, etc?
PLEASE EXPLAIN....
PS I am really not slow

I am just confused..Do I have a sickly puppy?
