That's what I thought too. So I had emailed a breeder that I met online, and she told me to stop the nutrical and give her baby beef, rice cereal and half and half. She got better immediately! With the nutrical, she was still lethargic and still wouldn't eat
I'm SO glad that I stopped trusting that vet almost immediately. We found a new vet through a Yorkie breeder close by
