 Proud of Venus last night!
Before bed, I let both out for that last potty. When they came in, I said "bedtime, lets go to bed".
Instead of going to the bedroom, Venus heads straight up the hall, stops on her pad, squats and pees! Like she was saying "wait mama, I gotta pee before we go to bed".
I was so happy to see that she knows she's got to pee before we get in bed! I'd thought she pottied when I let her out. Obviously, she didn't.
I think she's starting to get it. But then again, there have been times she'd go for 4 days with no accidents, then bam...accident on the carpet.
Still afraid to put the carpet cleaner up. Its still in the living room, and really doesn't match my decor! But I know its getting sooner now, I can put it away for good! |
