It is absolutely horrible and true! I have not bought and will not buy any puppies from PA but I have heard just as many horror stories from Missouri and Texas! So it really is probably everywhere which is why we really have to be cautious buyers. My husband & I belong to an organization here in PA that tries to fight the Amish breeders and have sent letters to everyone who is involved but all I can say is it must take a huge amount of money to get anywhere. If I ever win the lottery I would definately take things into my own hands! I can't believe that it has to be or stay this way! |
