And lastly (and certainly of high importance) what toys and treats do people recomend? Good leashes? Good grooming supplies? Anything else I'm leaving off here?
Well, I'd buy a "Pack N Play" playpen for the office. They are roomy yet compact. I'd buy plenty of bully sticks for treats and chewing. I'd buy the absolute softest latex squeek toys and several plush (stuffed animal) type toys with squeekers inside them.
