I don't know what your relationship with your vet is.
But -- if my vet told me not to worry - I wouldn't. I really do trust her completely.
Plus there are a lot of other things you should be considering. Especially, is your little puppy happy, healthy, playful, eating well, and going to the bathroom normally. Is he his usual self? If I could answer "yes" to all of these questions - and my vet told me not to worry - I wouldn't.
