Sounds like abuse to me! I would try talking to them and see if they are willing to give her up. Maybe they would even give her to you and not want any money, who knows! Poor thing and her babies! I have 3 dogs. All of them are inside dogs and 2 of mine are BIG LOL I would never let them stay outside in this cold...Some ppl are just cruel!
