Chewys Mom had a great suggestion. NYCers should meet up with their babies.
I've heard some horror stories about certain dog runs but apparently there are two small dogs runs -- one on the upper west and upper east.
Is anyone interested and does anyone know anything about these runs?
Lots of puppy kisses (and maybe some inadvertent nips!)
