She is with a yorkie rescue and see if she has any suggestions. She may be able to coordinate something with some other people in Kansas.
I would just come over and rescue the poor little thing, but I'm presently taking care of my mom who is dying of cancer and I can't do it right now. Otherwise, I'd be there pronto.
Some people are so very cruel.
