It seems like there's a trend where
MALES are a bit harder to potty train, but a lot more affectionate and want to be around you all the time
FEMALES are easier to potty train, but they're in their own little world. They are affectionate, just not as much.
I'm a guy and prefer females because I like taking care of them. If it's a boy, I may feel like the dog is more of a friend than a son. But I'd prefer a dog that stays close to me at all times because I get scared as F@#$ when I can't find 'em. I'm going to get another Yorkie this summer, so this thread is very useful to me!
...Does anyone notice a difference between their discipline? Ex: do girls run away from you in the park more than boys? |
