Then I would definitely split the time. Although Toto is absolutely mine, legally, [Patrick wanted it that way because he bought her for me] she loves us equally. I would want her to spend time with him as well, but I would have to be the one with "full custody"!! Good luck, I hope it all works out. I can fully understand how heartbreaking the situation could be.
