Absolutely right, the small ones scare me to death and I do not crank up prices for any reason unless I am selling a dog for show/breeding which I won't do.
Small ones like that, I keep until at least six months and often older and have my Vet do the spay/neuter. Price is the same as any pet puppy spay/neuter is included.
