I'd get the birthing (whelping) box ready. I would also confine her so you know the puppies will be born in the box and confined to a safe area. Hope you have done your homework on whelping. From what I have learned so far, it is common that they will need help. Call the vet if you are unsure -- they will help you through it or have you bring her in.
