Chewy is trained. he has been since 4 months. (HE is 7 months now) I take him out every two hours when I;m home. he never goes in his crate.
I use a play plastic yard from Toys R us... There is no bottom. It is out side with rooks in it ( other wise he would dig in the dirt)
If you decide to try this bring some paper towle with their waste on it to show them what the pen is for, never leave them alone!
Chewy got the hang of this right away! My friend told me it would be the best money I could spend and she was really right. Because it is enclosed he knows it's potty time. He goes with in 2 min and we are back inside!
When chewy would start to pee or poo I would clap and say loudly OOOHHH NOOOOOO and he would stop in his tracks, then I ran him out side. He figured it out pretty quick!
