I've noticed that a lot of people aren't too upset about the dog being left in the car. This is probably because it's November - and what might be warm in November - doesn't match what the summer months can bring.
Hopefully - the dog didn't really find it too hot.
Dogs are funny - my Bichon with his double - totally thick fur coat like a sheep - likes to sleep in the bathroom near the heating register - the very hottest place in the house.
And then - he'll go out in the freezing cold and not want to come in.
