The pet sore I got Rosie from wasn't like that at all. The pups were playful and looked happy and healthy.I have said it once and I will say it again. Saying all pet stores that sell puppies are bad because of a few petstores is like saying all breeders are bad because you went to see some puppies at a certain breeder house who had the puppies in a dirty unkept envoirment.
