I don't think the "feel their ribs" thing is true! Really! Mojo is 5.4lbs and healthy. Vet said that he isn't over weight nor under weight. From his parents, I believe was to be between 4-5lbs (can't really remember).

Sometimes being "overweight" can cause health issues, so I would just ask your vet for a check up and tell them about your concerns.

I honestly wouldn't worry about it unless you notice something unhealthy.
