That glue is supposed to be left alone, you can't go picking at it. Of course the area is all red now, the glue has been pulled off
The groomer, in my opinion, should know better!
I'd just keep the area clean, and call the vet and ask if you can put anything on it to soothe it. I hope that Daisy feels better soon
