My Vet told me it was both and they put Eeyore on meds to help her with the problem.. The Vet said that more than likely, Eeyore will have this problem all her life because Yorkies are prone to have a lot of health problems...
So I just have to deal with it one day at a time.....
Also I was having a problem giving her meds to her twice a day until I started putting peanut butter on her meds and she just eats it right up with no problem now.......
Thank God for the peanut butter......
