What were the original arrangements? Were you to pick up the puppy at a specific week? If so and that has passed, I would be a little worried. If you drive out there again this Sunday and she is not there, I would leave a large note on her door to please call you ASAP as you are starting to worry.
It is very unprofessional to not return calls, especially from a customer waiting to take her puppy home. But she may be having some crisis in her own family -- hard to say. I went through a couple of weeks that I could not deal with additional phone calls due to some health issues. There are lots of possibilities but it is high time she communicated now. Two weeks is long enough. |
