Unless the breeder is having second thoughts about parting with the pup or she's sick she should be ready and happy to see the lil' one go to her new home. I know when I'm holding pups on deposit it's a liability on my head and I'm glad to complete the sale. I'd be tempted to leave a bunch of messages and even camp out on her doorstep until I got answers. I've had people begging to pick up their pups early but never had one go so late.
