A good friend of mine accepted payment thru paypal and the folks got their money back and kept the puppy. We accept postal money orders, Bank Cashier's Checks, Money-Gram and Western Union. I have heard it said that you can get scammed thru Money-Gram or Western Union but I don't see how
. You show an ID to send money for both. There are forms filled out and both insure your monies. To recieve monies from both, you must show an ID, fill out forms and sign for the monies.
So, if anyone knows how a scam goes thru that, please enlighten me.
