My Tiger was advised NOT to put anything on . . . . . . although there weren't any stitches exposed . . .my VET told that me if I cover it up it might not heal as fast and could later create complications.

Jen, I am sure Mojo will be back to his usual self in no time. It sure is wrong timing though although they recover pretty fast and since there is no other dog to play with, he will get lots of undisturbed rest
