All we had to pay for was the plot...and it wasn't that much (I think just around $100). That paid for the spot of land and the headstone that they make for you. It wasn't really a "funeral", however we were able to be there when she was put into the ground and we could say whatever we wanted. The guy who runs the pet cemetary here is very nice and understanding and he gives you a packet of possible poems and such. I remember that it had the "Rainbow Bridge" in it.
We had to provide our own "coffin".
