Personally I would wait until the shots are done. You don't have that long to wait b/c she should have them all by 14 or 16 weeks. But once that is done I'm sure your baby will enjoy walking. By the way...I would also look into some form of flea meds such as Frontline or Advantage...because it's easy to pick fleas up on walks.
PS your baby looks like a little cutie. I love how they look like tiny Rotties when they are that young!
