All I can say is she looks like a yorkie to me - but the breeder sounds really questionable and you said she cost you a ton of money ?? Did you ever see the parents ? Can you share the breeder name ??? She's cute but if you paid more than the average price you may have been taken for a ride expecially with no papers - that just SUCKS and you need to report her.
