from my experiencing from BUYING them. The breeders usually ask for a deposit when you pick out the puppy and that has always been a check. I guess they figure if the deposit bounces then you get no puppy. And when it's come time for picking up the puppy, I paid cash. I think that's the best way to go. I have also had problems with paypal in the past too where I had to file a complaint (paid money and never received item). I think cash is your best bet. I don't think people will be offended. If they are....they get no puppy
